Stylish elegance in warm tones for Hazelnut House

Theresa Baumgärtner, best-selling cookery book writer and well-known from “ARD-Buffet” and NDR television programmes, finds inspiration for her work in her lovingly renovated country house in the east of Luxembourg. Her latest project is Hazelnut House, a small, but fine boutique hotel at the same address. Together with her husband and with great attention to detail, she has meticulously converted the historic farmhouse dating from 1850 into a place that delivers a perfect combination of relaxation, comfort and peace.

The ten tastefully furnished rooms impress her guests with their light sandstone natural walls, exposed oak beams and sandstone windowsills. To suit the special atmosphere and match the linen fabric for the curtains being supplied from England, Theresa Baumgärtner selected the purist SPHÄRE ceiling fitting. This fitting has no finials, with elegant edging at the ends instead drawing attention to its outstanding feature – the fine brushed finish in matt brass. Even at small gable windows, SPHÄRE cuts a fine figure as a niche mounting.
